Disciples of the Witch; Detail views

Commission work.

Diorama in 2 ambiences (one cold, one warm) to show how witches are casting a potion spell into the house while 2 of them keep an eye outside on the snow.

All the house is custom built with foam board.

Those pics are zoom pics of details on the scene.

Paolo Pârente's Guest Box

Recently I was requested to make a diorama with this Box from Mythic Battles (Pantheon). I must say the aesthetic is really good, but the casting is done in a bad playing plastic, soft, like rubber and not very detailed. Also, Aphrodite and Circe are at a different scale, so I need to think some way to make it work.

Finally, I placed a terrain at different heights were Aphrodite can be shown as a god (so bigger than humans) in higher terrain. The perspective does everything else and suddenly it works better than expected.

The terrain is very easy but effective greek ruins based, and Circe's pigs add some colour value to the scene.

LABYRINTH Step by Step.

Well, this is not going to be a detailed Step by Step, the project took me one and a half month full time doing extra hours, so in fact, almost 2 months. I didn't take enough pictures to explain every step and it was so alive that everything could change from one day to another.

Also, I couldn't take studio pics at the end, as it is the BIGGER thing I ever did and it didn't fit into my lightbox.

So, it's going to be more like a "diary" of this piece. Now it's in the Museum of Miniatures of Milan . Some of you maybe could see it live during Monte San Savino Show past November 2017. I couldn't be there, but the diorama was entered to contest by MuMi with other smaller dios around the same movie's inspiration.
